Imperial Banner War NW 2008

Beautiful Robinson Park near Moscow Idaho will be the site for Banner War NW. Come join us in the celebration. We will have combat, arts, archery, feasting, fudge auction for the travel fund and much general merriment

It has been said that Dame Seraphine and the Blue Orca MAY be able to help outlanders who come in search of food, contact the Crowns of Alhambra for further information in that regards.

The tentative schedule subject to weather, Crowns, and Emperor is as follows

Site Fee: $6 for 13 up
$3 for 8 to 12
$6 tent per night.

Friday site opens at 1500.

Monday off site by 1300

Please make your reservations early. Feast will be served under the covered pavilion. During the Weekend we will be utilizing this space for everyone to eat so please do not store personal gear under the covered pavilion. On Saturday evening the covered pavilion isreserved for the feast. Anyone who is not making a reservation will be seated as close to the feast area as possible because we would still like to have you present. Also during feast there will be a prize awarded for the best Bardic Entertainement.

We are unable to takeonsite reservations for the feast in order to prepare properly for the event. Unless of course we are blessed with the last minute arrival of one of the Imperials.

(I do not check bulk mail) If you are traveling from the far outlands, please do let us know so we can make arrangements for you to have food during the weekend. If you have a special need I can help you with please let me know. I am setting up a field kitchen, if the kitchen is not in use I have no problem with someone using it, however, I will expect it to be left spotless, I will also expect that you will give a small donation towward the gas used.
