Sir Steven will have published the estates agenda and in order to keep the meeting moving along please refer to the agenda and prepare yourself accordingly to ask questions or make comments.(Thier Graces have requested this meeting take place early so the rest of the day can be spent in jovial merriment and also for those who are not spending the night or are traveling home this gives everyone an opportunity to participate in the local estates meeting. So therefore, the time for this meeting is not up for discussion).

1:30 Classes And Games Tourney Begins

Archduchess Gabriel will be giving a class on Blackwork

Dame Seraphine is will be giving a calss on Hoods and how to make a simple hood.

If anyone else would like to teach a class please contact us.

If any minister needs to speak with their counterparts I am sure there will be time for this.

3:00 GAME OF GIVE AND TAKE: The game of give and take is simple. You bring a gift which is medieval in content. You can make it or buy it. Everyone who is playing draws a number. Of course number one goes first and Picks out a gift and opens it. Now for the fun part. Number two can steal number ones gift or they can take a new gift and open it. The last person to pick a gift gets their choice of any gift or the last gift on the table.

During the day we will have a table set up for games. Jarl Doom is going to run a Nine Man Morris Tourney. Also there will be other games. .

Potatoes (boiled and served with butter, sour cream on the side)
Vegetable (has not been decided yet any suggestions are welcome)
Rice Pilaf
Cheese
Breads
Nuts
Fruits

Desserts: Provided by the Populace. We are encouraging everyone to bring their favorite medieval Dessert. Many desserts have been passed down from the medieval period. If anyone needs kitchen space to cook their dessert please let us know. The kitchen the last time we used it was a challenge, but there is a stove. Refrigerator use will be limited to some of the feast items but I am sure we can work something out.

There will be a bardic competition that takes place during feast. I know there are many of you out there with great talents and we all look forwarded to being dazzled. Of course there is a prize to be won.

During feast the winners of the other competitions that will take place during the day will be announced and prizes given.

After Feast of course we will have Dancing. It would not be 12th night if we did not have Jarl Doom dancing with Dame Armara and the other fine ladies.

Story time will also be in the evening as we wind down from a day of merriment. I do hope that Sir Hamish and Sir Mikcos will honor us with their stories again. Anyone wishing to entertain us with a story is more than welcome.

12th night wish list:

Folding Chairs (they have chairs at the hall but there might not be enough so if you have a couple to bring along it would really be apprecaited and will assure everyone has a seat)

Small Tables (anyone who has a folding table and can bring it along we really could use them. The hall did not have enough tables for everything and even a folding card table would be helpful)

Red or White Tablecloths ( we do have red table runners and white tablecloths that belong to the duchy but may not have enough)

Anyone willing to assit in setting up feast or clean up after please contact myself or Tailltiu
(most of the feast will be prepared in advance so there will be minimal work)
