Info 101: Filling Out Adrian Membership Forms-2006

Becoming a member of the Empire of Adria is actually very simple. There is a form to complete and a small fee to be paid. The hard part is to know what all the stuff on the form means, and I can help you with that!

Current membership forms (PDF file) can be downloaded and printed out from:

Or many Ministers have extras available.

Starting at the top left and working down the column:
-Mark New Membership.
-Here you must make a choice: Mark E-Subscription (this is $10 less) if you're OK with downloading the monthly newsletter from the main Empire website, OR mark Participating Member if you would like to have it mailed to you.
-If you have anyone else in your family that is joining with you, they will need a separate form and will instead mark Additional Family Group Member on theirs. The rest of the form will be the same as below.
-FYI: The Associate Member discounted price has been increased to $15.00 each as of the Imperial Estates Meeting in November 2006.

Top Right:
Print your legal name at the top, then sign and date.

Bottom Section:
Fill out all of the information at the bottom. It's OK if you do not have a Persona (character) Name. That can be determined later. The subdivision would be Alhambra (pronounced El-um-bra - based on a castle in Spain).

Copies and Mailing:
It's your choice if you'd like to mail your form into the main Empire address listed on the form. However, on the Canton and Ducal level we like to keep copies of the forms and payment checks for our records. So, if you're agreeable, your payment and form can be turned into the local Steward, who will make the appropriate copies and send your membership and payment in. Your membership is effective as soon as the Steward receives it.

Once you're a member, there are several Estates and Guilds within Alhambra that you may petition to join. It's not necessary, but can be fun. Also, once you're a member, you can earn points toward a Knighthood in Combat, Archery, Arts & Sciences and/or Ministry (all the administrative jobs that need to be done).
